I can't recommend Andrew enough, he was a star from start to finish! We changed our mind multiple times on the style of door we wanted however nothing was too much of a problem! His expertise, knowledge and communication was amazing from quote to installation. The installation was quick, clean and looks exactly as we wanted. We'll be recommending Andrew to anyone we know looking to get home improvements and definitely use them again in the future!

Wow what an incredible job Andy and his mate have done again for us. Always turns up on time, really precise with every thing they have done. We had a six sided bay done first last year now a cut through with French doors and a full height glass rear door and a composite front door and window.

We decided to upgrade our front door and requested online quotes from PHI and several other local companies. PHI was one of only two that actually responded without us having to chase for follow-ups—and they did so quickly, with no pushy calls or emails.
Andrew Bell provided clear information and guide prices straight away, then visited to measure up and assess the job. His knowledge, honesty, and support were outstanding, especially as our options varied widely in both style and cost.
A formal quotation arrived within 24 hours, putting PHI well ahead of all other vendors for value, responsiveness, and availability. It made choosing PHI an easy decision. We placed the order, agreed an installation date, and paid the deposit.

On the day was friendly and professional.
Arranged a plaster for me to make good.

We could not recommend Andrew and his team at Precision enough. Andrew was very knowledgable and spent the time to give us suggestions about potential window arrangements. We had a stained glass window installed with the pattern to match the existing stained glass front door and Andrew worked with us to get the design and colours just right. The end result was so good and exactly how we envisioned.
On fitting day all went smoothly; three windows done in a day. Andrew and Dave respected our home and spent the time to leave the house tidy after all the work was complete.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use Precision again.

Outstanding! One of the best contractors we've had. We had 8 windows and one lot of patio doors fitted.
The communication, contact and desire to help was fantastic throughout the whole process. The quote was very professional and detailed with videos.
The quality of the products are great and the fitting was done to time and of exceptional quality, with no mess or untidiness.
We had a small scratch on one of the handles, which was easy to miss, but we asked for it to be changed and they were more than happy to sort it for us quickly and without challenge.

If we could give 10 star we would. After being scammed by another company, Precision Home Improvement was highly recommended to us. The owner was very professional in his communication with us and he made sure to arrive on the time that was scheduled. He made sure to assess the problem we were having with our bifold doors prior to completing the work. Now we have working doors for the summer months ahead. I would highly recommend this company as we will 100% use him again for all our work home improvement needs.

Andrew went out of his way to quote for our property, leaving us with a sample window, doing a very detailed quotation, and happily talking through our detailed requirements. He even got quotes for encapsulation of a large amount of stained glass.
Unfortunately we were after a very specific heritage timber looking window system, and getting a competitive price on these for the size of our job often means you need a large account with the supplier. Andrew tried his best to bring the price down and find a cheaper fabricator, but this was just a case of another company having a very large account and price discount with a specific supplier that he couldn't get close to - though I have no doubt that as his business grows, he will get the same level of discount for that specific window system.
I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Andrew again, he was approachable, transparent and clearly has a wealth of experience.

I couldn't recommend Andrew and the team from Precision home improvement enough, after having 17 double glazed sealed units replace in my conservatory.
From his initial visit to advise and measure up, until the windows were installed and everything cleaned and tidied, Andrew was extremely professional and courteous, taking great care in everything he did.
The quality of the parts he provided, the price and lead time were excellent. I will definately be using him again in the near future.

We had Precision Home Improvement enclose our balcony so we could create a dedicated art studio. They also fitted a new internal sliding door leading to the balcony and replaced 4 of our blown lounge windows.

My 25+ year old polycarbonate conservatory roof was very brittle and causing me concerns about its ongoing integrity. I contacted Precision Home Improvements and a few other different companies to understand options for its replacement.
Andrew visited us and confirmed that the old roof had gone past its best and could do with replacing. Precision Home Improvements was the only company who appeared to assess the structure of the existing conservatory and offer a couple of roof designs for us to consider.
Once the replacement roof design option was selected by us and the deposit paid, it was a very short time to wait before an installation date was given. The elapsed roof swap, including the strip down of the old roof and removal of all rubbish, building a new roof frame and reglazing was 4 days.
The new roof gives more light into the conservatory and is quieter when it rains.
